The NOMA project represents the final piece in the jigsaw in the redevelopment of Manchester's heartland.
The 20-acre site stretches from land between the Shudehill Interchange and Victoria Station in Manchester city centre, north east towards Angel Meadows, Manchester's only city centre park. The new head office will represent the first phase in the redevelopment and regeneration of the Group's 20-acre site, located at the city's Northern Gateway and bounded by Miller Street and Corporation Street.
