NOMA’s residential offer will be for people from all backgrounds – it is estimated that 1,000,000 sq ft of accommodation will be developed for everyone from families to older people and those starting out in life.
Through a dynamic public realm, NOMA will create a place for people. Incorporating the city’s largest open green park, Angel Meadows, a quarter of the site area will be accessible to public.
Plans for leisure/retail accommodation are in place to provide services for not only the commercial occupiers and the residents but visitors to NOMA as well.
The focus on open space whilst combining the progressive architecture with historic buildings will create a hugely enjoyable shopping experience. Overall, the site will offer in excess of 300,000 sq ft of retail units.
